B. Vithal Rao - General manager (Finance):
Vithal Rao is a Senior Consultant. He has extensive experience in banking. He has held several important positions in State Bank of Hyderabad: Branch Manager, Training Head, Zonal Manager. and finally as a Deputy General Manager of Secunderabad zone of SBH. He is responsible for resource mobilization.

K. Sanjeeva Reddy - General manager (Finance):
He has a distinguished career spanning more than 3 decades in State Bank of Hyderabad. He held assignments such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Zonal Manager, Head of the Personnel & H.R. Dept. and Head of Audit & Inspection Dept. He was Deputy General Manager of State Bank of Hyderabad at Gulbarga.

He is responsible for the resource mobilization. Liaising with various Banks and financial institutions. Mobilizing resources as per the needs of the organization and its development. Sanjeeva Reddy has BA with CAIIB. He is based in Hyderabad.

Ramakrishna, Associate Vice President (AVP), Operations:
He is an MBA in Marketing with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering . He is having experience in new branch set up and expansion, operations, credit appraisals and in insurance. He worked as a Branch Manager for Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, where he maintained good quality portfolio with low delinquency. Prior to Fullerton, he worked with BASIX as Field Executive and Unit Head. While at BASIX, he streamlined the systems and ensured smooth flow of operations. Ramakrishna is based in Mancherial, Andhra Pradesh. He is in-charge of the day to day operations, opening of new branches, recruitment and all other activities of the MFI in rural areas.
